Sepax HTP GPC Columns

HTP GPC columns have been specifically designed for high temperature GPC for synthetic polymers. Although highly crosslinked polystyrene / divinylbenzene (PS/DVB) particles have been widely used for analysis of synthetic polymers, it has the swelling problem especially at elevated temperature in organic solvents. HTP SEC columns have been specifically developed to solve this challenge. HTP SEC packings are rigid silica based surface modified materials. They have extremely high stability at high temperature in organic solvents. Plus their rigid structure minimizes the mass transfer, resulting in higher resolution and efficiency separation compared to the organic polymer packings.
